PRE-LISTING THIN OUT
Work with you and/or your realtor to determine what needs to go before the house goes on the market.
Process the selling/donations/recycling/tossing of the items you won’t be keeping.
Your house will look it’s best after it’s been thinned out, which will dramatically help your home sale!
POST-MOVE LIQUIDATION
After you’ve moved out and taken all you keep we come in and process everything that’s left.
We will sell/donate/recycle/toss item you left behind – you can even leave things in drawers and closets.
All you need to do is pack up what you want to keep and don’t worry about the rest!
