“Laura Miller is a lifesaver! When my mother died in August, with a 2000 square foot house filled with 40 plus years of her life and possessions, I had a very tight deadline to get the house cleared out in order to do renovations in time to list/sell the house before the Minnesota winter set in. And I live out of town, and was doing this project on my own, so I needed help, and fast. Traditional "estate sales" take weeks to set up, and if you need the house empty ASAP to do renovations, an estate sale is not the answer. Enter Laura and her wonderful business! She and her terrific team come to the house, and carefully but quickly clear it out. In our case, it only took about a day; it was almost as if by magic a full house went to empty overnight. Laura herself is assessing the items, and from there sees to it that things are properly donated, and the "junk" disposed of, and for the saleable items, Laura turns to her extensive network of resale, consignment, and auctioneers to get the items sold. You don't have to do anything--from triaging the items, to packing them up, to taking them where they need to go, to the paperwork to prove what you did with it all, Laura handles it. Laura is extremely professional, and you can tell does a lot of work with professional executors and trustees (i.e. lawyers and bankers), because she is very organized, detailed, and gets the job done. If what you need is the house empty, as soon as possible, and the sale of the possessions in the house is not a first priority in your timeline, this is definitely the service for you!
