What happens after I reach out?
We start with the details and photos you provide, ask any follow-up questions, and explain the relevant next steps. Depending on what you have and where the property is, a closer look might be by photos or a video call. Scope, timing, and any costs are put in writing before work begins.
Do I need to clean up before we see the home?
No, and please don't. We've walked into every kind of home, and yours is almost certainly not the worst we've seen, whatever it feels like right now. Seeing the house as it truly is helps us give you an accurate plan.
I'm out of state. Can we do everything remotely?
Often, yes. Photos, video tours, digital signatures, written updates, and the service-specific records defined in the plan allow many clients to manage the work remotely. Read more about how remote estate work happens.
I don't know what I need yet. Should I still reach out?
That's the most common way people come to us. Most families have never done this before and aren't sure whether they need an estate liquidation, a cleanout, an auction house or something else. Tell us what's going on and we'll lay out the menu, including the options that don't involve us.
