This website is operated by Miller Estate Solutions, a Minnesota company doing business as Miller Estate Solutions & Services, Inc.. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this site or communicating with us through it.
By using this site, submitting our contact form, or accepting text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can still reach us by phone at (651) 398-3605.
Our services
We provide estate liquidation, cleanouts, downsizing support, curated estate sales, auction placement for high-value items, and as-is property buyouts. What this website describes is what we do in general.
The terms of your project are set by the written agreement you sign with us, not by this page. That agreement is where the scope, the fees, the timeline, and the responsibilities of each side are actually decided. If anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee that we will take on a project. We assess each estate individually and may decline work. Values, timelines, and results described on this site are examples of past work and are not a prediction of what your estate will bring.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice for probate or tax purposes. Talk to your attorney or accountant about those. We also do not provide moving or relocation services; we refer those out.
Using this website
You agree not to:
Submit false information, or someone else's contact details without their permission
Use the site or our forms to send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or the systems behind it
Scrape, copy, or republish site content for a competing service
Use the site for anything unlawful
We may block access to anyone who does these things, without notice.
Contacting us
Submitting our contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, or commit either of us to anything. We will respond to arrange a conversation or a walkthrough.

Text message terms
These terms apply if you have opted in to receive text messages from Miller Estate Solutions.
Program description
We send text messages about the estate project you contacted us about: replies to your inquiry, appointment and walkthrough confirmations, crew arrival windows, scheduling changes, and status updates while work is in progress. Promotional messages, if we ever send any, require a separate opt-in.
Consent
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by telling our team that texting is how you want to be reached. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of hiring us. You may decline and work with us by phone or email instead.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project and how often you reply. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier may.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any message to end texts to that number. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (651) 398-3605. Text START to opt back in later.
Carriers and delivery
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text is time-sensitive and you have not heard from us, call (651) 398-3605.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and that sharing is excluded from any sale or transfer of data. Site content and photos
The text, photographs, layout, and design of this site belong to Miller Estate Solutions or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
Photographs of sold items and completed projects are published with the permission of the clients involved. If you are a client and want a photograph of your property removed, email info@millerestatesolutions.com and we will take it down.
Customer reviews shown on this site are the words of the people who wrote them, quoted as given. They describe those clients' experiences, not a promise about yours.
Third-party services and links
Our contact form is provided by a third-party customer relationship platform and is embedded on this site. This site also uses Google Analytics, and links to outside sites such as auction venues, review platforms, and our Better Business Bureau profile. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
