   We walk the house, and you can be on a video call while we do. Then you get a customized plan: scope, timeline, and costs in plain language, signed electronically from wherever you are.

3. Step 3

   Your keeps come first

   Approved work begins after your family’s keep decisions are recorded. During the agreed sort, the team watches for photos, personal papers, keys, and found money and follows the handling steps in the plan. Tell us what matters so those items can be set aside for the family or its chosen mover or shipper.

4. Step 4

   We sort, sell, donate, and clear

   The house empties the way it should: what has value is sold, what can help someone else is donated, the rest is cleared responsibly. You get updates as the work moves, so you’re never left wondering.

What hiring the work out actually protects

Two kinds of guilt show up in these phone calls, and both deserve a straight answer. The first is wanting it to be over. That feeling has nothing to do with how much you loved them; grief and exhaustion live in the same house, and letting someone carry the physical part makes room to actually miss the person.
